Please complete the below form to register as a vendor for the Music on the Rocks (MOTR) music festival, happening Saturday, August 24, 2013.
Booth fees are $50 and include a 10' x 10' space. You must provide your own tables and chairs (some are available to rent), props, sales tools, etc. You will be the salesperson for your own "market space" and assume all risks of accident or losses to your products, yourself or family members. Taxes are the responsibility of each vendor. Fields with an asterisk (*) are required.
